How can I delete my personal data?

In order to fully remove your personal data, all services to which you have subscribed must have been terminated beforehand.

Once we have received your deletion request, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

How long will my personal data be kept after I terminate my services?

If you request it, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the termination of your services.

If you do not request it, your data will be automatically deleted 6 months after the termination of your services.

How can I protect my personal data?

In order to best protect your personal data against unauthorised access, we recommend that you take care of the following steps:

  • Use a strong password (upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters)
  • Use a different password for each of our services (client area, management interface, webmail, etc.)
  • Activate the two factor identification on your client area and on the management interface
  • Use antivirus software and keep it up to date
  • Disconnect from the different platforms you access if you are using a shared computer
