To create a support ticket, sign-in into the client area and click on the "Support" menu and "Create a ticket" and follow the instructions below:
- Enter the subject of your request
- Select the service concerned by your request in the drop-down list, this will help us identify your problem quickly.
- In case of emergency, select "high priority" (in case of abuse, this will only delay the processing of your request!)
- Describe your problem and add the maximum of information (error message, steps to reproduce the error, etc.)
- If needed you can also add screenshots to your request
- Send your request
Information
Support requests are processed as soon as possible from Monday to Friday. It is useless to open serveral support requests regarding the same problem, otherwise the processing of your request will be slowed down.
