Enable two-factor authentication
- Log in to the client area using your current login details
- Click on the "Hello" menu on the right and select the "Security Settings" entry
- In the "Two-factor authentication" section, click on the "Click here to activate" button
- Click on "Start" in the window that appears
- Scan the QR code that appears with the two-factor authentication application of your choice, e.g., Google Authenticator, 1Password, Bitwarden, or any other compatible application
- Enter the 6-digit code generated by your application and press "Send."
- Please note the recovery code that is displayed it will allow you to access your account if you are unable to log in with two-factor authentication
The next time you log in to the customer area, you will need to enter your username, password and the 6-digit code generated by your application. Please note that the 6-digit code is valid for 30 seconds only.
Disable two-factor authentication
Warning
Two-factor authentication acts as an additional security layer on your account, you should only disable it if it is really necessary!
- Log in to the customer area using your current login details
- Click on the "Hello" menu on the right and select the "Security Settings" entry
- In the "Two-factor authentication" section, click on the "Click here to disable" button
- Enter your current password in the window that appears and click on "Disable two-factor authentication".
Two-factor authentication is now disabled and you will only need to enter your username and password to access the client area.
