How do I enable two-factor authentication to protect access to my client area?

Enable two-factor authentication

  1. Log in to the client area using your current login details
  2. Click on the "Hello" menu on the right and select the "Security Settings" entry
  3. In the "Two-factor authentication" section, click on the "Click here to activate" button
  4. Click on "Start" in the window that appears
  5. Scan the QR code that appears with the two-factor authentication application of your choice, e.g., Google Authenticator, 1Password, Bitwarden, or any other compatible application
  6. Enter the 6-digit code generated by your application and press "Send."
  7. Please note the recovery code that is displayed it will allow you to access your account if you are unable to log in with two-factor authentication

The next time you log in to the customer area, you will need to enter your username, password and the 6-digit code generated by your application. Please note that the 6-digit code is valid for 30 seconds only.


Disable two-factor authentication

  1. Log in to the customer area using your current login details
  2. Click on the "Hello" menu on the right and select the "Security Settings" entry
  3. In the "Two-factor authentication" section, click on the "Click here to disable" button
  4. Enter your current password in the window that appears and click on "Disable two-factor authentication".

Two-factor authentication is now disabled and you will only need to enter your username and password to access the client area.
