Depending on your projects, you may need more disk space than offered by default on our different offers. Find out how to increase or decrease the storage capacity of your web hosting.
Increase disk space
To increase the disk space available for your website, email addresses, databases and all the information stored on your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to the client area
- Click on the hosting you which to increase the storage
- In the left menu, click on "Upgrade/Downgrade options."
- Select the new disk space limit you want, then click "Continue"
- Select your payment method and enter a coupon code if applicable
- Click on "Checkout", you will be redirected to the page where you can pay the order amount
The amount charged is prorated based on the time remaining in your current billing period.
Once your payment is received and accounted for, your hosting storage space will be increased accordingly.
Decrease disk space
If you no longer need additional storage space, you can decrease the amount of disk space on your hosting at any time.
- Log in to the client area
- Click on the hosting you which to decrease the storage
- In the left menu, click on "Upgrade/Downgrade options."
- Select the new disk space limit you want, then click "Continue"
- Click on "Checkout".
The prorated amount of time remaining on your current billing period is refunded to you as a credit that will automatically be applied to the next invoice issued to you.
The storage space is then reset to the lower limit. If necessary, you can always increase it again.
